Continue kneading until the dough become smooth and elastic. Then make a dough ball and transfer them to a large bowl and drizzle in a little olive oil. Then cover the dough with a plastic wrap. Keep the bowl in a warm place for about 1 hour. After rising the dough punch the dough down to release the air and you are ready to make pizza.
