So, you don’t have to fight with your mind about having this cinnamon shake. Below, I have shared this recipe with full steps and ingredients including amounts. It must aid you in the kitchen.
- Amond milk- ½ cup
- Ice cubes- ⅓ cup
- Fat-free Cream cheese- 1 tsp (approximate)
- Vanilla protein mix- 2 scoops
- Cheese cake jell-O pudding- 2 scoops (approximate)
- Swerve confectioners- 1 tsp
- Swerve brown sugar- 1 tsp
- Cinnamon toast crunch cereal- ⅓ cup
- FF whipped cream- 2 scoops
- SF Maple syrup- for dressing the glass- 1 scoop
- Cinnamon ground- ½ tsp
- A blender
- Glass for serving
- A straw
At first, you need to arrange all instructed ingredients such as ‘unsweetened vanilla silk almond milk’, ‘cinnamon toast crunch’, ‘SF cheesecake jell-O pudding’, ‘Swerve confectioners’, ‘Philadelphia cream cheese’, ‘Swerve brown sugar’, and ‘Vanilla protein mix’ along with ‘SF maple syrup’. All products are available at any super shop.
Now, go for the making process. Take a shake container or a glass. Put ¼ cup of cube ices into the glass.
Before the blending process, you need to mix all ingredients with liquid. I prefer Silk Almond liquid milk. It tastes better than other packets of milk.
As I desire to have cream cheese flavor, I suggest you add 1 tsp of fat-free cream cheese to it. It is completely acceptable.

Now, bring out the shake and transfer it into the garnished glass. Add some cinnamon toast crunch and Put some whipped cream on top of the shake. Drizzle some homemade syrup and sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon. Finally, it’s ready for serving. Drink it with a straw.
