- Chopped Kale 2 cups
- Water 2 cups
- Lemon juice 1-3 teaspoons
- Raw Wheatgrass Juice Powder 1 teaspoon
- Electrolyte Powder 1 teaspoon
- coconut oil 1 teaspoon
Firstly take a blender and put chopped kale in it. Then add water and blend it for 3-4 minutes.
After that open the blender jug cover and put lemon juice. Blend it for few seconds.
Again open the jug cover and add wheatgrass juice powder. Then add electrolyte powder. Blend it again for few seconds.
Now add cold pressed coconut oil. It will give you good fat to the shake.
Take a glass and pour it with the shake. Your shake is ready to serve.
