Adding a couple of Herbalife mixes, cinnamon grounds and ginger cookies is the main part of the recipe. Additionally, you can allow some sweets, caramels, whipped cream, and pumpkin spice for extending the flavors. But, this recipe is completely easy to make with simple steps and straight steps.   • Herbalife peanut cookie protein mix (formula 1)- 1 scoop

  • Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix (formula 1)- 2 scoops

  • Herbalife Dolce healthy meal drink mix- 2 scoops.

  • Ground Cinnamon- a pinch of.

  •  Pour water/ milk into the blender: First, we’ll pour 1 cup of cold water into the blender as we want to make a liquid shake. If you want, pour ½ cup of milk.

  • Add Herbalife mixes: As we’ll make a Herbalife gingerbread shake, we’ll have to add now 2 scoops of Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix, 1 scoop of Herbalife peanut cookie protein mix (formula 1), and 2 scoops of Herbalife Dolce healthy meal drink mix.

  • Allow Pumpkin spice and cinnamon ground: Now, we are going to add a variety of flavors. That’s why we’ll put a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and a pinch of cinnamon ground.

  •  Place half-crushed ice: Now, we have to place one cup of half-crushed ice or 1 cup of ice cubes. It gives the shake cold and fresh.

  • Plus some gingerbread cookies: This time, we are going to move our main part of making ginger flavor. We just need to plus 5-6 pieces of gingerbread cookies. Remember, never skip this step otherwise you will lose the gingerbread flavor.

    After pouring the shake into the glass, we can put some sugar-free whipped cream over the shake and add some crushed nuts and crunch cookies on top of the cream. Now, this is completely ready to drink.
