The shake is sugar-free, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and low-carb. It also doesn’t contain any of the bad elements that can knock you out of ketosis and fat-burning state, such as pineapple, banana, or sweetened yogurt.

  • Chopped Kale 2 cups

  • Water 2 cups

  • Lemon juice 1-3 teaspoons

  • Raw Wheatgrass Juice Powder 1 teaspoon

  • Electrolyte Powder 1 teaspoon

  • coconut oil 1 teaspoon

  •  Blend The Kale: Firstly take a blender and put chopped kale in it. Then add water and blend it for 3-4 minutes.
